On-Campus Accomodation

Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHeS) values a supportive living environment but can only accommodate approximately half of its students. To ensure fairness, all students including first-year and foundation students, must apply for accommodation. Priority is given to first-year and foundation applicants who apply on time, while those who do not apply are assumed to have alternative accommodation.

Successful applicants must pay 50% of the semester’s fee before receiving room keys. Students with unpaid balances or unresolved disciplinary issues are not eligible. These measures help KUHeS manage limited accommodation responsibly while maintaining a safe and respectful environment. All eligible students should apply through the online portal using the link accommodation.kuhes.ac.mw

Off-Campus/Private Accomodation

For students without on-campus accommodation, KUHeS provides vetted private accommodation options through the Student Affairs Manager’s office. Students contact landlords directly, ensuring safe, comfortable living. This approach balances limited resources while supporting a conducive environment for academic and personal growth.
