Objectives
The Monitoring and Evaluation package aims at Strengthening KUHeS’ institutional capacity to monitor, evaluate, and report its programs effectively.
Key Activities
- Development of a Monitoring & Evaluation Unit for KUHeS.
- Development and implementation of an M&E framework / Strategy
- Training university staff on M&E tools, data use, and decision-making.
- Conducting performance monitoring and evaluation reviews.
- Establishing a centralized data management system.
- Introducing geospatial mapping for data visualization.
Outcome
A functional and sustainable M&E system that enhances accountability, transparency, and evidence-based decision-making at KUHeS.
