Biography

Takondwa Maliwa Mbewe is the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Lead for the Scottish Strategic Partnership Grant. She provides strategic oversight of performance tracking, accountability systems, and evidence-informed decision-making across the Malawi–UK partnership.

She oversees the development of results frameworks, reporting systems, and benefits realisation processes to ensure measurable, sustainable, and institutionally embedded impact under the grant programme.

With over 10 years of experience in donor-funded health and education programmes, Takondwa brings extensive expertise in results-based management, programme monitoring, and institutional systems strengthening.
