Overview and scope of the call:
The University of Tübingen, co-lead of the Cluster of Research Excellence in Advanced Infectious Diseases (CoRE-AID) Research and Training, is receiving applications for research exchanges for the winter semester of 2026 (October 2026 – March 2027). This call is aimed at graduate students (MSc or PhD) based at the University of Ghana, University of Cheikh Anta Diop, and Kamuzu University of Health Sciences, working on infectious diseases, and who have an interest on developing research skills while gaining access to a cutting-edge research ecosystem, and participating in an enriching cultural and academic exchange.

We are looking for highly motivated graduate students at the University of Ghana (2), University of Cheikh Ant Diop (1), and Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (2) to start a research exchange for up to 10 months at the University of Tübingen, Germany, starting on October 2026.
