Establishing and strengthening a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation Unit at KUHeS.

M&E Framework Implementation

Developing and operationalizing an institutional M&E framework and strategy.

Capacity Building

Training staff on M&E tools, data use, reporting and decision-making.

Performance Reviews

Conducting programme monitoring and evaluation reviews across the university.

Data Management Systems

Establishing centralized systems for data collection, storage and reporting.

Geospatial Mapping

Introducing geospatial tools for enhanced data visualization and analysis.
